We hope you and you love everything from The Happy Heart Creative Studio!  But if you don't - here is our policy to keep things simple and clear:

💻 Digital Products & Memberships

Due to the nature of digital content and memberships, all sales of digital products and membership fees are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items. Thank you for understanding!

📦 Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there’s an issue with a physical item you ordered, we do accept returns and offer refunds if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

To request a return:

• Email us at thehappyheartcreativestudio@gmail.com within 10 days.

• Please include your order number and a brief explanation.

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
