Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Happy Heart Creative Studio.  Below is our shipping policy to help you understand when and how your order will arrive. 

Order Processing Time 
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 
after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
*Please note that during high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Estimated delivery times: 
● Domestic Shipping within Untied States: approximately 21 days 
● International Shipping: at this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control. 

Shipping Carriers 
We currently ship via: 
● USPS, UPS

Shipment Tracking 
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking 
number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. 

International Shipping 
We currently do not ship to international addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages 
The Happy Heart Creative Studio / Rebecca Curtiss is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
